Liberty is NOT a four letter word!
Liberty...Living ones life as one sees fit, without: theft, coercion of compliance through unconstitutional government action, forcing ideals, mandating lifestyles or bringing harm to others.
Contrary to the actions of past and current presidential administrations, the word "liberty" has been used as a pretext for the current abuses of power within our United States Government, which contribute to the demise of our own liberty here at home.
"Nation Building". Example..."The United States will bring liberty to the people of Iraq" (if they like it or not). My opinion..."It's not our business!"
That sounds all warm and fuzzy until you realize that during the process, our own liberty, constitution and Bill of Rights have been confiscated in the name of "Liberty" and of course, "Security".
It is my intention to bring to those who wish to live a life of real liberty, an avenue to help realize liberty in our lifetime (or at least our children's).
Libertarian Principles consist of… Smaller Government, More Freedom and Fewer Taxes. The same principles Ron Paul lives by. Nationally, Ron Paul is leading the fight for these principles. Locally, we need HCLP officers to do the same.
I pray each night, that Ron Paul will win the presidency in 2008. I also support his campaign to the best of my ability. That said; we need to use our efforts, as a group to ensure that locally, we will have libertarian-minded candidates ready to run for local and state offices during local elections.
Keep in mind that Congressman Ron Paul is a lifetime-member of the national Libertarian Party, and that he was the Libertarian Party candidate for president in 1988. As president, Ron Paul will do his best to restore constitutional compliance of the U.S. Government. On this same note, he is a firm believer in state’s rights. Which means "we" must be forever-vigilant in our efforts to ensure that our state and local officials keep in accordance with our own Constitution and its Declaration of Rights.
I unequivocally share this group’s enthusiasm and determination to make sure Ron Paul will be our next elected president. I also hope that Hamilton County will continue to maintain an effective and exponential growth of its Libertarian Party.

Necessary Action is Paramount to Regain Liberty

The course and frequency of draconian executive decisions and
unconstitutional events within our government over the past few
decades presents an urgency to stifle the trampling of our
constitutional rights and civil liberties. Some of the most recent
examples are: Bypassing Congress to declare war, The Patriot Act,
Patriot Act II, Homeland Security, The Military Commissions Act and
an Executive Order to open anybody's mail; all in the name of
National Security. What ever came of the phrase: "With Liberty and
Justice for All"? The current administration has eviscerated the
fourth and fifth amendments to the Bill of Rights. So much for
liberty and justice!
That said; the 2008 Presidential Election is most likely our last
opportunity to regain constitutional control of governance
throughout the U.S.A., by means of non-violent actions. Of course
I'll be endorsing and encouraging the election of libertarians at
all levels of government.
The Libertarian National Committee (www.lp.org) has several up-
standing candidates running for office of President of the United
States. Each one undoubtedly qualified to serve as president. The
problem is the small window of opportunity and the lack of a
competitive advertising war chest. The combined amount of the last
presidential campaign's war chests for the two major candidates was
$677 million. $360 million for Bush's and $317 million for Kerry's.
That sounds insane, but it's the nature of the beast.
Taking into consideration the timely necessity to elect a 100%
constitutional candidate and a candidate whom already has started to gain recognition via G.O.P. Presidential Candidate Debates, I fully
endorse and encourage voters everywhere to support the election of
Congressman Dr. Ron Paul ( R ) of the 14th district of Texas. Dr.
Paul has earned the nickname: "Dr. No" for his staunch
constitutional voting practices throughout his tenure as
congressman. In my humble opinion, Ron Paul is the only 100%
constitutional candidate who can possibly have enough national
exposure to be elected into office as President of the United States
in 2008.
As a Constitutional-Libertarian, I hope Libertarians,
Constitutionalists, Republicans, Democrats and "Politically
Homeless" people nationwide can appreciate the urgency
and necessity to support and endorse this true patriot.
Our country is in dire need of a "Constitutional Remedy" to
the diseases (Corporate Greed and Totalitarian Oppression of
"We the People") which have wreaked havoc on our
constitutional republic. DR. Ron Paul will administer this
remedy with 100% "Constitutional-Pinpoint-Accuracy".
Ron Paul is an honest man with our nation's real "Special Interests"
at heart; constitutional-accountability to the self governed... us!
